Build Our Village.
Celebrate the season with an evening of family, community, and fall fun at Explore Academy’s Fall Carnival!
Our carnival brings the whole school community together with carnival booths hosted by teachers and student clubs, Trunk-or-Treat displays hosted by Explore families, a Haunted House created by our Yearbook and Newspaper Clubs, plus free family activities, contests, and plenty of fall fun for everyone!
But what makes our Fall Carnival extra special? Every dollar earned by teachers and student clubs at their carnival booths goes directly back to them! Funds raised can be used to support classrooms, student activities, club projects, supplies, and other opportunities that benefit our students.
So come play some games, grab some treats, brave the Haunted House, and enjoy a fun-filled evening with the Explore Academy community. When you join the fun, you’re also supporting the teachers and student clubs who make our school such a special place!
Come for the fun. Stay for the community.
Join Us and Get Involved!
Mark your calendars for our Fall Carnival on October 23 from 4:00–6:30 p.m. at 6090 Zenith Court! Bring your family and friends and join our school community for an afternoon of fall fun, costumes, games, treats, and plenty of opportunities to support our teachers.
Ticket pre-sale open now until October 18: https://my.cheddarup.com/c/earr-pto-fall-festival-tickets/items
Our Fall Carnival is one of our favorite community events of the year—but it’s also an important fundraiser for our teachers and classrooms. Teachers host carnival booths to raise money that goes directly toward supporting their classrooms, so every game played and booth visited helps make a difference!
🎃 New This Year!
We’re adding even more fall fun to this year’s carnival:
Costume Contest
Come dressed to impress—or spook! We’ll hold costume contests for three grade groups:
Grades K–2
Grades 3–5
Grades 6–9
Each grade group will have winners in two categories: Most Creative Costume and Spookiest Costume.
Teacher Classroom Pumpkin Contest
Be sure to check out the decorated pumpkins created by our teacher classrooms! Families will have the chance to view the pumpkins, vote for their favorite, and help us crown this year’s winning classroom.
🍂 We Need Your Help!
It takes our whole community to make the Fall Carnival a success, and there are lots of ways to get involved! Families and community members can:
-
Host a Trunk-or-Treat vehicle — we provide the candy!
-
Volunteer during the carnival to help keep the fun running smoothly.
-
Help before the event by reaching out to local businesses for donations.
-
Donate needed supplies, including pumpkins, craft materials, and other carnival items.
-
Sign up to bring items for the Cake Walk.
Whether you volunteer your time, donate an item, host a trunk, or simply come enjoy the carnival, your participation helps us create a memorable event for our families while raising valuable funds for our teachers and classrooms.
